shipping & returns policy

ready-to-ship products

these are our standard collection items that are already in our warehouse.

  • processing: 1–3 business days.

  • transit: shipped at standard speeds via USPS or UPS (typically 2-5 business days within the continental U.S.).

made-to-order products

these are specialized, small-batch, or custom-crafted items produced specifically for your order.

  • production: these items require a dedicated production window

  • transit: once production starts, please allow approximately 6 weeks for these items to be shipped. timelines are clearly marked on the respective pre-order product page.

note: if your order contains both "ready-to-ship" and "made-to-order pre-ordered" items, they will be grouped together and both treated as made-to-order. please contact us for other arrangements at hello@adwoabeauty.com

returns & exchanges

all sales are final. due to the nature of our products and our production model, all sales are final. we do not accept returns or exchanges on ready-to-ship or made-to-order items.

exceptions

we will gladly assist if:

• your order arrives damaged

• you receive the wrong item

• your item is defective

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@adwoabeauty.com with:

• your order number

• clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

approved return processing

while all sales are final, in rare situations where a return is approved as an exception, the following conditions apply:

• customers are responsible for purchasing and arranging their own return shipping label

• original shipping costs are non-refundable

• if free shipping was applied to the original order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund

• a restocking fee of up to 10% may be applied to returned items

• items must be returned unused and in original condition

once the returned items are received and inspected, any applicable refund will be issued minus these fees.

shipping issues

once an order has shipped, adwoa beauty is not responsible for carrier delays.

if your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

• please wait 24 hours

• check with neighbors or your building concierge

• contact the carrier directly

if the package cannot be located, email us and we will assist with next steps.
