I’m a little underwhelmed with the shampoo. I live in a rural area, like I have cows and cornfields for neighbors. When I need hair care products I have to order online because I cant find what I need in stores around here. I was so excited to try this brand, I first heard of Adwoa from the Glam Twinz yt channel. The size of the shampoo bottle is my issue. I have THICK hair. This bottle will last me maybe 2 wash days. I thought it was going to be a really good shampoo that I wouldn’t need a whole lot or something since it was so small. Like a nice lather and good clean moisturizing feel too. It didn’t lather well and I struggled spreading the product around my scalp and hair. I used half the bottle or more already and now I need more shampoo. Before my next wash day. With the size of conditioning products the kit came with I guess at least I only need to get shampoo. Its an hr drive to a store that carries my hair care products and at least a week for any order to be delivered unless i pay for express shipping. My experience wasn’t worth the dollar and express shipping i paid.

Great customer experience

My overall experience was great. There was an issue with order. I was missing items from my order when it arrived. I reached out to the company and the very next day they responded. Basically with in a day or two the items I was missing were shipped to me without extra charge and an apology. The products work great on my 4c hair. I especially love their treatments and the way my hair feels after use.

I love the feel

These products leave my hair so soft and hydrated. The deep conditioner is so good. I can feel it penetrating into my hair follicles. I love love love the leave in conditioner and styler. My hair is still soft and manageable days after my wash even when I don’t have any protective style on. I highly recommend this product. The only con for me is that it is only the 3.3oz of the shampoo is currently available which I believe is not economical to buy on its own so I will wait until the bigger bottle is available before I buy again. If the ones that came with the Stay Hydrated kit finishes before then, I will just use my old shampoo until the bigger size is available.
